Overview In this role you apply sourcing and supplier management to support Trackside commodities and the EOLANE project in Bologna. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet QCD targets and drive supplier performance. You will lead RFQ activities, negotiate cost reductions, and manage supplier issues, aligning procurement with project needs. Responsabilità

- Identify project and business needs for Trackside commodities
- Prepare and launch RFQs with Italian and LLCC suppliers using standard tools
- Negotiate cost reductions with suppliers
- Provide inputs for order placement and monitor QCD targets
- Lead supplier QCD performance reviews and manage initial issues
- Ensure compliance with Alstom Code of Ethics and guidelines




- Consolidate commodity needs and support tender phases on site
- Represent commodities to projects, platforms and solutions; collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Apply Alstom Sourcing processes and capture feedback/experience
- Work with sourcing representatives to ensure work package commitments meet QCD targets

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
- Experience or understanding of sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Knowledge of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) principles
- Familiarity with SAP and advanced Excel
- A procurement or supply chain certification is a plus
- Fluency in French and English; Basic Italian knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage stress
