Overview
In this role you will support the Chapter Product Manager for Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs) by shaping the offer portfolio and driving new solutions. You’ll translate European market needs into clear specifications and development plans, while contributing to lifecycle activities across launch, pricing, and profitability. You work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, validate requirements, and support technical topics for customers and sales. This position offers the chance to influence product strategy in a global, Agile-enabled environment and contribute to ABB’s energy efficiency and sustainability goals.

Responsabilità
- Assess market size, trends, and competitors to identify offering gaps and ABB’s positioning.
- Capture market and customer requirements and convert them into offer specifications and development actions.
- Manage technical specifications and help build the business case for ACBs.
- Support customers and the sales team on technical topics related to ACBs.
- Maintain product ecosystem artifacts (master data, documentation, configuration tools).
- Collaborate in an Agile team to deliver value incrementally.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Management, or related)
- Strong ability to work in cross-functional, international teams
- Good English communication skills
- Genuine interest in electrical products and technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented with an innovation focus
- Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (a plus)
- Knowledge of low/medium voltage switchgear or circuit breaker tech (a plus)
- Product management or engineering experience in electrical/industrial sector (a plus)
