You will use data-driven insights to optimize collaborations, drive revenue growth, and deliver measurable impact for both partners and Glovo. You'll lead onboarding and cross-functional initiatives to tailor solutions that meet partner needs. You will work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and customer service to unlock value at scale. and menu optimization Own partner revenue performance and guide measurable growth Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service) Oversee partner onboarding in the app, from store setup to first days, focusing on operations, marketing, and sales 2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy ~ Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) ~ Problem solver with data-driven, analytical approach ~ Highly organized, proactive, with strong time management and prioritization ~ Good knowledge of Google Suite; Salesforce is a plus ~ Native Italian and proficient English ~ Google Suite ~ Salesforce (a plus) ~ Data analysis
