Total global shipment volume has reached 14GWh+ (As of December 31st 2022). Distributor Management: ~ Evaluating new distributor candidates and classifying current distributors for optimization or replacement to enhance channel quality. ~ Managing credit terms and monitoring pricing compliance to maintain channel health. ~Distributor Policy Planning and Execution: ~ Refining distributor management framework and processes.



~ Designing and implementing product promotions, incentive policies, and performance calculation to boost efficiency and sales. ~Channel Strategy Development: ~ Developing overseas channel expansion strategies and sales plans aligned with market dynamics and product positioning. ~Identifying and mitigating risks in overseas channel expansion, including market and partnership risks. ~ Strengthening distributor relationships through improved management and effective channel policies. Qualifications and Experience： ~

Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in the European renewable energy industry. Familiarity with the processes of channel development and maintenance in Europe. ~2.
Language

Skills:
Proficiency in English for effective communication within the company and with distributors. Knowledge of Chinese is a great advantage. ~Knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with database querying and management is a plus. ~Enthusiasm for learning new things, reliability. ~Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel globally.
