We're hiring a Customer Service Specialist | Osimo (AN), Italy Inission Power S.p.
A. designs, manufactures and markets customized and standard power supplies, electronic control boards, LED drivers and high-power LED modules for industrial, energy, rail, defense, medical and lighting applications. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to manage assigned customer accounts throughout the order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring accurate orders, timely communication and effective coordination with our internal teams. Your main responsibilities will include Managing customer orders, changes, forecasts and order confirmations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Coordinating deliveries and keeping customers informed. Handling complaints, returns and return merchandise authorizations (RMAs). Supporting Finance with payment monitoring and reminders. Maintaining accurate customer data and documentation. Monitoring customer satisfaction and contributing to service improvements. What we're looking for A secondary school diploma or university degree, preferably in business, languages, management or a technical discipline. At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Operations or order management within B2B industrial electronics or electromechanical companies.



Excellent Italian and at least B2-level English, both written and spoken. Good working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365 applications: Excel and Outlook. Experience with customer order management, forecasting, shipping procedures, returns and invoicing processes. Experience in an international manufacturing environment and familiarity with Incoterms and export documentation would be an advantage. Strong communication and organisational skills, reliability, a collaborative approach and a commitment to continuous improvement complete the profile.

What We Offer
CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €20,000–€25,000, depending on experience and qualifications
