paper/textile technology or equivalentAt least 3 years of experience in managing quality and/or technical customer service processesStrong problem solving and quality methodology skillsFluency in Italian and English; French knowledge is an advantageAbility to manage projects and collaborate in teamExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsAble to develop close networking relationships at all level of organization, in different languages and culturesGood organizational skillsAvailability for travellingThe salary range for this position is € 45.000 - € 55.000 gross per year.
