We specialize in Agile, DevOps, and team collaboration technologies, helping organizations work better, faster, and with greater integration.br/We are looking for an experienced bTransformation Change Management Consultant /b to support an international SAP S/4HANA transformation programme for our customer’s branch located in Germany. /p h3Key Skill Requirements /h3 ul liSAP S/4HANA Business Processes: proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, with solid knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and, preferably, Procurement /li liTransformation Change Management: experience in Change Impact Analysis, stakeholder engagement and management of transformation impacts across Business, IT and integrated application ecosystems /li liConsulting Governance: strong communication and synthesis skills, structured approach, ability to interact with Business and IT stakeholders, and excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for governance, reporting and action tracking /li /ul h3Role Overview /h3 ul liAct as Business IT Focal Point for the assigned functional area, facilitating interaction between Business, internal IT and the System Integrator,



managing requests, alignment and escalations /li liLead Change Impact Management (CIA): identify, assess and validate operational impacts emerging from SAP S/4HANA design activities, engaging Business stakeholders and Key Users and coordinating follow-up actions /li liSupport Governance Transformation: prepare governance and progress reporting (management decks, dashboards, action lists), support Communication Organisation teams and ensure alignment across the wider transformation programme /li /ul h3Main activities /h3 ul liAct as focal point for the assigned functional area, facilitating Business, IT and System Integrator interaction, ensuring alignment, supporting operational activities and managing escalations /li liIdentify, assess and validate change impacts arising from design activities and related projects, coordinating with Business stakeholders, Key Users and System Integrator to define and drive appropriate change actions /li liSupport transformation governance and change management, coordinating with Communication Organisation teams and preparing management reporting, dashboards and progress updates /li /ul h3Experience required: /h3 pAt least 5 years in similar roles. /p h3Project language: /h3 pFluent English (German is a nice-to-have). /p h3Workplace: /h3 pRemote, with business trips to Germany every 3-4 weeks. /h3 pBecome part of a team driven by innovation, belief in talent, and a commitment to excellence. p pThis announcement is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with Laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to people of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with Legislative Decrees 215/03 and 216/03. /
