We're looking for AI Training Specialists to complete structured evaluation and labeling tasks that teach AI systems to be smarter, safer, and more accurate. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to people from all backgrounds.
No prior AI or technical experience required — just a sharp eye, strong focus, and the ability to follow clear guidelines.
Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Complete structured labeling, rating, and evaluation tasks that train AI models Review and assess AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs Flag issues such as inaccuracies, poor quality,
