Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines that support our AI-driven platform Integrate security practices throughout the software development lifecycle following "shift-left" principles Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation with security best practices Manage containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes deployments with security considerations Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for production environments Implement automated vulnerability scanning, security testing, and compliance monitoring Establish disaster recovery procedures and ensure data security compliance Collaborate with development teams to optimize security and performance of cloud infrastructure Apply Generative AI tools to automate and enhance DevSecOps workflows and documentation Contribute to the development of AI agents for infrastructure management and security automation within the FairMind platform 3-6 years of experience in DevOps with a focus on security practices ~ Strong understanding of cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and security best practices ~ Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their security considerations ~ Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) ~ Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for infrastructure automation ~ Knowledge of network security, identity management, and security compliance frameworks ~ Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with integrated security testing ~ Understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability best practices ~ Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams ~ Familiarity with Generative AI tools or eagerness to apply AI to DevSecOps processes ~ Interest in contributing to AI agent development for infrastructure and security automation Security certifications (AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, Security+, etc.) Experience with vulnerability management tools and security scanning in CI/CD Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOC2, ISO27001) Experience with secrets management solutions (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager) Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure requirements and security considerations Experience with GitOps methodologies and tools Previous use of GenAI tools to enhance productivity in infrastructure management Experience with LLMs for code analysis, documentation generation, or security review Understanding of AI agent architecture and automation patterns for infrastructure management Opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered software development Work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-growing company Collaborative and innovative work environment Join us in revolutionizing software development through AI innovation while ensuring our customers achieve their digital transformation goals. #
