interacting with the global GRT network)Supporting external communication (managing company social pages, employer branding, drafting content aligned with company tone of voice)Organizing company events, collaborating with HR and suppliers for creative materialsManaging cross-functional projects with HR and CMB for client managementWhat You'll Bring To The TableTo make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:Previous experience as Executive/Office Assistant in structured multinational companiesUniversity Degree in Humanities, Communication, Foreign Languages or similarFluent English (C1) plus fluency in either Spanish or GermanExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and digital toolsFull-time availabilityOur pay ranges are based on an objective, gender-neutral job evaluation system.
