Build the QA function from the ground up so NowVision can ship fast without breaking trust with clients. ~ Define the overall QA strategy: manual, automated, regression,



release management ~ Build automated test coverage across web, mobile, pipelines and APIs ~ Own release readiness, bug triage, and quality metrics ~ Hire and grow the QA team over time ~ 5+ years in QA, including hands-on test automation and at least some lead/management experience ~ Strong with modern test frameworks for web (e.g., Playwright/Cypress) and mobile ~ Experience defining QA processes in a fast-moving startup environment ~ Comfort working alongside ML/AI teams on non-deterministic systems ~ Experience in safety-critical, regulated, or enterprise B2B products. ~ you’ll find real opportunities to lead high-stakes projects.
