This is a large-scale, complex data centre (data center) programme where pace and precision are non-negotiable.The RoleYou’ll sit in the Owner's project team as the client's eyes and ears on the mechanical and MEP scope, holding the main contractor and M&E subcontractors to account on design intent,



programme and quality.Own the client-side mechanical scope: HVAC, chilled water, fire protection and associated systemsReview and approve submittals, RFIs and method statements against the employer's requirementsAudit contractor performance against programme, specification and Italian, UK and EU standardsClose out interface risk early with controls, BMS, electrical and CSA packagesLead client-side input into commissioning, energisation and remediation planningOwn QA, snagging and closeout sign-off through to handoverWhat You’ll Bring2-4+ years' data centre or mission-critical experience (essential)Background as an M&E/MEP Lead, Manager or Senior Mechanical xysqume Engineer, ideally client-sideProven record of holding main contractors and subcontractors to account on large sitesStrong knowledge of M&E codes and standards, or equivalent international experienceComposure under pressure and clear stakeholder communicationWhat’s On OfferDirect client-side role on a major hyperscale programmeLong-term project with extension potentialRoles based primarily in Italy, with UK opportunities; Mon–Fri or relocation optionsAll visa statuses considered, with support and guidance where possible#J-18808-Ljbffr
