Boeing Global Services, Consumables Expendables (CE) Distribution Business is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our office in Lonate Pozzolo (near Milano), Italy. In this exciting role, you will coordinate customer inquiries and ensure timely delivery of spare parts and chemicals by working closely with suppliers, customers and a variety of internal departments. Your responsibilities include tracking orders, managing delivery requirements, and resolving any issues to support smooth and efficient service. /ph3Position Responsibilities /h3ulliInternal customer support for the sale of consumables (i. e. small hardware, electronics, lighting and chemicals) for the aviation industry for both OEM and MRO usage /liliLooking after an international customer base from order receipt to payment and ensuring that the agreed services are fulfilled /liliThe responsibility for order processing and administration, including regular deadline monitoring in daily coordination with materials management and shipping departments to ensure on-time deliveries /liliRegular communication with your customers about the status of their orders and coordinate any changes /liliMonitoring returns and processing complaints together with internal teams like Quality Assurance and Procurement /liliBeing the first point of contact for any escalations or claims made by the customer, making sure to include the appropriate stakeholders and resolving any issue efficiently /li /ulh3Basic Qualifications /h3ulli2+ years of relevant professional experience in customer service in the aviation and/or wholesale sector /liliPrior experience within after sales or order resolution in a customer facing role /liliFluent Italian to communicate effectively with external customers and internal teams /liliIntermediate English skills to navigate our systems more easily /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliProficiency in working with common ERP and CRM tools.
