We are looking for a Customer Experience that will join us in an exciting role, part of a dynamic and international organization with the possibility to continuously apply and develop competencies.Scorra verso il basso per trovare i dettagli completi dell'offerta, inclusa l'esperienza richiesta e le mansioni associate.Key responsibilitiesTaking full responsibility for customers' experience by managing shipment processes in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements for both Import and Export, ensuring its smooth executionBeing fully responsible for customers' satisfaction, building strong relationships with them, and understanding their business, service needs, drivers, and desires with a constant focus on driving new business opportunitiesDelivering proactive customer support, tracking shipments and notifying our customers about any deviations from the original transport plan, recommending potential solutions or alternativesUnderstanding KPI-oriented environment, meeting/exceeding local targets including up-selling our end-to-end products,
identifying areas of improvementWe are looking for Fluency in English and Italian is a must. Experience in a customer facing role, ideally within the logistics industry. Developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and negotiation skills. Has strong needs evolution and questioning skills.
