Overview In this role you support marketing-, sales- and client activities with specialized technical knowledge across the full sales cycle, from pre-sales to training. You collaborate in a tandem with the Sales Representative/Key Account Manager to address highly technical customer needs and drive value for our customers. You help shape proposals, share knowledge, and optimize processes to improve sales outcomes within the animal farming industry.

This position offers impact through technical problem solving and cross-functional collaboration in a global leader in animal nutrition.

Responsabilità Provide routine technical support to customers in the commercial animal farming industry and act as a technical resource for sales and clients

Conduct value selling by uncovering explicit and implicit customer needs and aligning products/services to those needs

Share knowledge by introducing new solutions, preparing technical presentations, and supporting training for sales and customers

Develop and maintain SOPs and process control strategies; support engineering/manufacturing/quality control to identify issues

Coordinate and improve sales processes and systems to ensure efficient, compliant sales administration





Provide management with insights on sales/expertise through data and reporting; ensure information is stored and accessible for decisions

Maintain and build product/technical knowledge through trainings and collaboration with sales, product development and Global Innovation

Participate in sales/customer service projects and contribute to project results

Requisiti fondamentali Technical knowledge in animal farming or related products and applications

Experience in technical sales/support within a commercial context

Ability to interpret field data and translate into guidance for housing, transport, equipment, and nutrition

Ability to prepare and quote customer solutions and support proposals

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with sales teams and customers

Willingness to train internal teams and customers in on-site settings

Experience with sales processes and CRM-like activities to plan follow-up actions
