Overview As Partner Sales Director for Italy, you drive the growth of Snowflake's partner ecosystem by shaping GTM with GSIs and RSIs. You will enable partners to generate new customers and usage, expand into new service lines and verticals, and manage stakeholder relationships up to the C-level. You help accelerate Snowflake's data and AI transformation through a vibrant partner community. This role combines strategy, executive selling, and cross-functional collaboration to scale profitable partnerships. Manage a portfolio of Global and Regional System Integrators to hit partnership goals like new customers and consumption Support partners in go-to-market activities, including business planning, pipeline development,



and enablement across GTM options Drive successful execution of the business plan through cross-functional partner relationships Collaborate with partners to expand into new service lines and industry verticals Pitch Snowflake partnership value to stakeholders up to C-level 7+ years of experience in Channel Management, Software/Services Sales, Consulting, or Business Development in Cloud/Software ~ Proven experience with SIs (e.g., Strong Cloud, AI/ML, Data, Analytics, API, and platform knowledge ~ Ability to design and lead cross-functional strategy and programs ~ Excellent executive selling and business development skills across various GTM models ~ Fluent in Italian and English (verbal & written) ~ Bachelor's degree ~ Excellent communication and diplomacy ~ Strong problem-solving in dynamic environments ~ Cross-functional collaboration ~ Cloud technology ~ AI/ML, Data, Analytics ~ APIs and platform integration
