The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping close business across Cybernetik's automation portfolio. They will be focused, self-driven, and able to translate strategy into consistent daily execution. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in up to two industrial segments, including FMCG, process industries, end-of-line automation, and extraction. Build and develop relationships with new prospects while maintaining existing accounts Manage the full sales cycle from territory prioritization to RFQ creation and closure. Plan every customer interaction with a clear objective and track deal advancement rigorously Use AI tools for research, outreach,
and proposals as a standard part of daily work Maintain CRM hygiene with same-day updates on all activities and opportunities Qualifications ~ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent ~5–8 years of B2B sales or business development experience in automation, capital equipment, or industrial solutions ~ Consistent track record of quota attainment ~ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ~ Comfortable owning the full sales cycle independently ~ Goal-oriented with the discipline to execute daily activity targets #J-18808-Ljbffr
