Vishay Semiconductor

Italiana spa is site focused on the design, development and production of power diodes and power modules. To manage supplier quality performance and act as main quality interface for assigned suppliers for Subdivision Modules. To manage and coordinate supplier quality issues, non-conformities and corrective actions (8D).

To understand and identify supplier quality risks, trends and improvement opportunities. To manage communication and escalation with suppliers in cooperation with Purchasing and Operations. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Management Engineering, Quality, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic or similar). ~5+ years of relevant experience in Supplier Quality, preferably in Automotive,



HV or Power Electronics environments. ~ Excellent knowledge of quality standards and methods (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC). ~ Good knowledge of data analysis, problem solving and root cause analysis tools. ~ Good attitude in dealing with issues. ~ Good motivation to master new major challenges.
