The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of software quality standards and a strong background in software engineering. /Define, implement, and maintain software quality processes in accordance with ISO standards to ensure high-quality software development. /liliStandards Compliance: Ensure all software development activities comply with relevant ISO software quality standards and best practices. /liliPerform system analysis, risk assessment, and develop strong test strategies by reviewing product designs, technical specifications, and collaborating with product managers and developers. /liliDocumentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software quality processes, including quality plans, procedures, and guidelines. /liliTraining and Mentorship:



Provide training and mentorship to the software development team on ISO standards and quality processes. /liliCollaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including software developers and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of quality processes throughout the SDLC. /Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and process efficiency. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pTechnical

Skills:
/pulliExtensive experience in software engineering, with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement. /liliIn‑depth knowledge of quality management standards and frameworks, including ISO 9001 and AS9100D, and their application to software development. /liliProficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, or Python. /liliExperience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices. /liliFamiliarity with test automation tools and frameworks. /liliFluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulliProven experience in defining and implementing software quality processes. /liliExperience in the Test and Measurement market or related industries is highly desirable. /liliPrevious experience in a senior or lead software engineering role. /li /ulh3Scope /h3pThe Software Solution Architect will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of software quality for our customized solutions in the Test and Measurement market and be part of an international team focused on solutions acquisition and development, organized into technology and industry teams, including Wireless, Aerospace and Defense, and Digital. /ppThe role requires local and international cooperation with colleagues worldwide and various RD centers. /
