As an Assistant Project Manager, you are eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects. You have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for the construction industry . Assisting with the coordination and management of all project phases, including planning, execution, and closeout Collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project goals and deadlines are met Assisting in preparing project schedules, budgets, and work plans Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and updating project documentation Supporting procurement efforts, including tracking materials and equipment deliveries Conducting site visits to aid with inspections, meetings, and quality control activities Preparing and distributing regular project status reports to stakeholders Aiding with the project financials, including invoice approvals and budget tracking Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices .



Experience you'll need ~ A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience). ~1-3 years of experience in construction, project management, or a similar role ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams ~ Ability to use project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools ~ Ability to work on-site as needed and attend project meetings ~ In return, you will receive a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including a pension, paid holiday leave and travel opportunities across our global offices.
