ABOUT GENERATOR VENICE
It’s not hard to find beauty in a marble city built on alagoon, but away from the obvious sights and monuments, across bridges, downbackstreets and into secret squares, you’ll discover the hidden corners whereVenetians hang out. Because if you want to find the real Venice, you have toget lost.
Generator Venice stands on the waterfront of the islandof Giudecca, one short stop on the Vapporetto from Piazza San Marco. Thishostel was originally a warehouse, so the building blends history and characterwith contemporary design features.
Inside the Generator Venice hostel you’ll find luxuriousmosaic floors, a glass chandelier and an imposing stone fireplace. Publicspaces are subtly split into intimate and open-plan areas – all surrounding thebar and café. Every room has a view of either the gardens, Lido, Ampio Canalor the iconic San Marco. Not bad for a hostel, aye?
