Overview
In this role, you will manage IT services for Allianz's Sales Platforms, ensuring stable, efficient operations and guiding evolution with the Service Owner. You'll coordinate internal and external teams, oversee service delivery and lifecycle, and align cloud-native and legacy components with group standards. You'll drive ITSM-based improvement, monitor performance, and shape the strategy for platform transformation in a global, cross‐functional setting. This is a hands-on, influential role that scales services to meet business needs and supports a dynamic sales ecosystem.

Responsabilità
- Own operational responsibility for Business Services and IT Service Offerings (ITSO) of the sales domain, ensuring availability, capacity, configuration, asset management, and business continuity
- Coordinate technical teams and manage internal/external service providers to ensure smooth handovers and SLAs
- Govern solution designs to ensure cloud and microservices architectures follow guidelines and best practices
- Manage projects from demand to release, including estimates, budgets, and cost planning; contribute to service budgeting and P&L;
- Apply ITSM to improve service management and drive end-to-end customer-focused continuous improvement; define and monitor KPIs
- Analyze live solutions to ensure alignment with strategic business goals
- Address complex problems with cross-source insights and new perspectives
Requisiti fondamentali
- Higher education degree with a technical or economic focus or equivalent experience; at least 5 years in Service Manager or similar roles
- Experience managing and evolving complex IT services in sales/distribution/insurance/financial services
- Knowledge of modern architectures, microservices, cloud (AWS/Azure); legacy tech is a plus
- Project management and Agile/DevOps experience; budget, estimates, cost-efficiency
- Practical ITSM understanding; ITIL desirable
- Experience in supplier/provider management and cross-functional coordination
- Familiarity with applying AI in projects to enhance delivery and functionality
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration (Italian and English)
