ppDolceGabbana is a leading company in the Luxury sector, designing, developing, producing and distributing high-end fashion, leather goods, footwear, jewelry, watches, Beauty and Lifestyle products. /ppThe Group operates internationally with a strong focus on innovation, craftsmanship excellence and people development. /ppThe selected candidate will be part of the Via Montenapoleone boutique team, operating in one of the most iconic and prestigious luxury shopping streets in the world. /ppWithin this exceptional Milanese location, the role is responsible for delivering an outstanding luxury shopping experience, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation, with a specific focus on the Women’s Ready-to-Wear collection. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliDeliver a personalized and exceptional customer experience, consistently embodying the brand’s values and service standards. /liliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, anticipating their needs and fostering long-term loyalty. /liliProvide expert knowledge on the Women’s Ready-to-Wear collection, offering tailored styling advice and product guidance. /liliSupport visual merchandising activities and ensure the boutique presentation is always aligned with brand standards. /liliAssist in stock management operations, ensuring product availability and supporting replenishment activities.
/liliManage sales transactions accurately and professionally, ensuring a seamless client experience at the point of sale. /liliCollaborate closely with the boutique team to support daily operations and commercial objectives. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliPrevious experience in luxury retail or fashion retail, in client-facing roles. /liliStrong passion for luxury fashion and excellence in customer service. /liliFluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are considered a strong plus. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse international clientele. /liliGoal-oriented mindset with a strong commercial attitude and ability to achieve sales targets. /liliStrong knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends and customer expectations. /liliAttention to detail and understanding of visual merchandising principles. /liliTeam-oriented attitude and strong collaboration skills. /liliFlexibility and availability to work schedules compatible with retail operations, including weekends and holidays. /b Full-time /ppbIndicative salary range: /b Gross Annual Salary starting from €32,000 + sales commissions /ph3Equal opportunities and non-discrimination /h3pThe selection process is open to candidates of any gender, age, origin, orientation or background, in full compliance with the principles of equal opportunities, non-discrimination and pay transparency. /
