pMajor Food Group is seeking a Sous Chef! /p pMFG is hiring an experiencedbSous Chef /bwith a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 ul liSourcing ordering and receiving the highest quality ingredients /li liDeveloping, teaching, and maintaining all recipes and techniques /li liOrganizing a large team and holding each chef accountable for their responsibilities /li liOverseeing and maintaining a smooth professional service /li liMaintaining all kitchen equipment and following up for any repairs needed /li liMaintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization /li liOverseeing scheduling and inventory to work within a set budget /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS: /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years of experience in a managing capacity /li liMinimum 4 years of experience in a quality-driven,
