In this role, you support Cleafy’s mission to shift left fraud management by acting as a trusted advisor to CISOs and security leaders at major banks. You will drive technical discovery, PoCs, and demonstrations, showing how Cleafy integrates with enterprise security infrastructure. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor value propositions and gather market feedback to guide product and marketing efforts.

and other security tools ~ Collaborate with fraud teams under the CISO to align Cleafy with fraud risk management strategies ~ Report market insights and customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams ~ Lead Technology Deep Dive meetings with customers in collaboration with Product Specialists ~ Represent Cleafy at industry events and expert discussions with security professionals ~ Support regional value proposition tuning with Product and Marketing teams ~ Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and security assessments to build customer confidence ~ Assist in coordinating with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey ~3+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or security consulting focused on enterprise cybersecurity and fraud prevention ~ Hands-on experience with enterprise security stacks (SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, and network security) ~ Ability to articulate security-driven fraud reduction strategies to CISOs and security teams ~ Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish a plus ~ Strong public-speaking presence at conferences and executive roundtables ~ Technical academic background in cybersecurity or related field (plus) ~ Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams ~ Strategic thinking and customer-centric storytelling ~ SIEM ~ IAM/CIAM #
