Overview In this role you ensure efficient back-of-house operations to enable the store team to focus on high-quality client interactions. You will oversee stock layout, deliveries and availability to optimize the client experience and support the stock team's development. You collaborate with the Supply Chain and vendor partners to keep stock accurate and in good condition.

This position combines operational excellence with people leadership in a luxury retail environment that values service and ownership.





Retribuzione / Benefits Starting salary 33,000 Permanent contract Full-time CCNL Commercio livello 2 Responsabilità Maintain inventory accuracy and logical organization of stock rooms Manage delivery operations and replenish stock quickly and accurately Ensure right products are available on the sales floor to boost store efficiency and client experience Improve product availability by coordinating with Supply Chain and handling product requests Support vendor contracts and store maintenance Coach and develop the dedicated stock team Requisiti fondamentali Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Curiosity, empathy, agility, and commercial mindset Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand Sense of service, professional attitude Ownership and responsibility Organized Attention to Detail Empathy Stock management Inventory control Delivery operations
