Senior Manager, Project Management

Coordinate clients' Amazon projects, from strategic planning to operational delivery.

Manage communication among internal departments ( SEO, ADV, Graphics, Technical, and Strategic ) to ensure consistency and alignment.

Translate analysis and insights into actionable and measurable roadmaps .

Monitor KPIs, milestones, and budget , ensuring adherence to timelines, objectives, and quality standards.

Keep project documentation up-to-date and oversee workflows between team and client.

Ensure every initiative meets performance indicators and contributes to brand growth.

At least 3 years of experience in managing projects within digital, e-commerce, or performance-based agency contexts .

Outstanding organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills .

Hands-on knowledge of project management tools ( Asana,



Notion, ClickUp, or similar ).

Strong data orientation and analytical skills for managing KPI-driven objectives.

Excellent communication skills in Italian and English , both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central .

Knowledge of key Amazon metrics ( ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR ) and ADV/SEO processes.

Background in management consulting or digital strategy .

Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or equivalents) .

Ability to collaborate across technical, creative, and strategic teams.
