In this role, you lead multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to boost engagement, adoption, and revenue across the customer journey. You'll partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver personalized, data-driven touchpoints that support customers at every stage. You'll identify key lifecycle moments to drive product usage and expansion, and you'll measure impact to optimize ROI and retention. This is a pivotal role in Deel's customer experience and growth strategy.

and report on ROI to guide strategy Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments across email, in-app messaging, and other channels Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategy and product launches across the lifecycle 8+ years of lifecycle or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology ~ Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data ~ Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot and Braze ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills across remote teams ~ Experience managing large cross-functional projects across cultures and time zones ~ collaboration across teams HubSpot A/B testing #
