Overview As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you will tackle complex platform-wide problems for top clients and drive secure, reliable operations. You'll manage client systems data, deliver day-to-day solutions, and ensure security compliance while prioritizing tickets with technicians. The role sits at the intersection of modernization and day-to-day service, offering exposure to varied industries and opportunities to propose modernization options.

Responsabilità Solve complex issues across platforms and services for clients

Manage systems data and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance





Oversee a queue of assignments and prioritize tickets to deliver optimal client outcomes

Recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities

Cultivate relationships with other teams and stakeholders

Work with clients across industries (banking, retail) and adapt to varied environments

Requisiti fondamentali Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management

VMware ESX experience

Public/private cloud management

Microsoft Active Directory and federation services (preferred)

Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as code)

Vulnerability management (preferred)
