Senior Digital IC Designer - Automotive & Mixed-Signal
NXP Semiconductors, Milan, Italy, seeks a Senior Digital IC Designer to contribute to advanced mixed-signal IC development for automotive and industrial electrification. You will design, implement, and integrate digital subsystems, collaborating with architects, verification engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
The role requires strong SystemVerilog/Verilog RTL skills, timing closure, low-power concepts and familiarity with DFT. Fluent English is required; travel may be limited but possible.
