Overview You will support statutory compliance, tax, transfer pricing, and internal controls across the EMEA region. In this role, you'll collaborate with regional and global teams to align accounting with Group standards and drive process improvements. You'll handle tax and statutory obligations and contribute to automation and standardization initiatives.

per local requirements Monitor statutory compliance with Group Finance and local consultants Balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end/year-end close Collaborate with regional/global teams to align with Group accounting standards Participate in process improvement, automation, and standardization efforts Support ad hoc financial and compliance projects Requisiti fondamentali ~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ~3–5 years of experience in accounting, tax, or compliance, preferably in a multinational environment ~ Strong understanding of technical accounting and local tax legislation ~ Experience with corporate income tax, VAT, and statutory reporting under IAS ~ Knowledge of internal control frameworks (advantage) ~ Proficient in English (written and spoken) ~ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills ~ Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft tools (Excel, etc.) ~ analytical thinking ~ attention to detail ~ proactive problem-solving ~ technical accounting ~ tax compliance (VAT, corporate income tax) ~ statutory reporting under IAS
