Johnson & Johnson seeks a pharmaceutical scientific information specialist for the Hematology unit in Lombardia on a fixed-term contract. The role involves providing medical-scientific information to healthcare professionals, managing stakeholder relationships, and executing territory-based strategies aligned with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Deliver medical-scientific information to healthcare professionals regarding product characteristics, pharmacology, and therapeutic applications
Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with specialist stakeholders in assigned territory
Analyze territory to identify priorities, opportunities, and stakeholder needs; translate company guidance into operational plans
Monitor activities using company systems and provide complete, timely reporting




Maintain current scientific knowledge on assigned products and therapeutic areas; ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements
Degree meeting regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical scientific information activities
Minimum 1 year experience as pharmaceutical scientific information specialist
Strong territory analysis, planning, and customer relationship management skills
Excellent Italian language proficiency and good English, including scientific contexts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Proactivity, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities
Compensation:
€41,400–€65,665 base
