We are on the lookout for a passionate and professional Reservations Manager to join Jumeirah Capri Palace for the summer season 2027.

The main duties and responsibilities are: Oversee the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performances as per Central Reservations KPI objectives. Work closely with the team to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce operational inefficiencies. Attend meetings related to reservations and share relevant insights on performance and trends.

Monitor automated reservation services to ensure optimal capacity and resolve any service degradation. Monitor and follow up on guest complaints, ensuring relevant solutions are provided by coordinating with other departments.



Ensure training of new colleagues in the department and hotels is planned and scheduled in advance.

Oversee all aspects of people management, including development, target setting, reviews, and performance. Act as a point of contact for reservations with external partners, managing and maintaining relationships. Act in the absence of the Director of Reservations and perform other duties as required by management.
