Hosco.com in Veneto, Lido di Jesolo, is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pastry team.
You will prepare and bake a variety of pastry items, assist in menu development, and ensure presentation meets the highest standards.
You will maintain mise en place, control portions, operate pastry equipment safely, and help with events.
Requires 1–2 years' experience in a high-volume pastry kitchen, preferably in hotel or fine dining, with strict HACCP hygiene.
