Invested in You as a Person. As a Shop Manager, you aren't just managing a shift. You are running a business. You will have ownership of your store's performance, your team's development, and the customer experience.

As a Shop Manager, you will: Deliver an exceptional customer experience Manage your store's daily operations and performance Manage labor and staffing to meet the needs of the business Train and develop employees for future leadership opportunities Help your store achieve sales, customer service, and performance goals You won't be doing it alone.

Your District

Manager will be there to coach, support, and help you succeed. You Don't Have to Be a Mechanic Mechanical Experience Is Not Required. We can teach you how to change oil. We can teach you our systems and processes.

We can train you on the automotive side of the business.



What we can’t teach as easily is If you know how to lead a team, communicate effectively, work hard, and take pride in what you do, we want to talk to you. Have a positive, can-do attitude Are dependable and willing to work hard Previous management experience is helpful, but we are more interested in your leadership potential than your job title.
