In this role you drive financial insight and planning to support strategic decisions. You'll lead continuous improvement and digital initiatives in FP&A; while mentoring a junior team. Coordinate executive-level reports and financial reviews aligning data with strategic goals
Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes ensuring consistency across scenarios
Act as finance partner to business controlling,
delivering ad hoc analyses for decision-making
Drive FP&A; digital transformation and process improvements
Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture
Requisiti fondamentali
8–10 years of experience in FP&A;, Controlling, or Finance
Proven track record in leading planning cycles and financial reporting
Strong understanding of financial modeling, business analytics, and performance management
Fluent English; other languages a plus
