Logycod is building an e-commerce fulfilment business in Italy. We are looking for the person who will take ownership of the operation on the ground and build it with us.
This means leading from the front, solving problems without waiting for instructions and doing whatever the operation requires. The business runs seven days a week, and building it will involve difficult days, nights and weekends. In return, this is an opportunity to build a business, participate directly in the value you create and earn a pathway towards ownership.
What you will own Daily warehouse performance, from inbound and inventory to dispatch and returns
- Same-day shipping, stock accuracy and efficient use of resources
- Recruiting, organizing and leading the warehouse team
- Working hands-on alongside the team across all warehouse activities
- Developing courier partnerships that improve delivery rates and costs
- Supporting the acquisition and onboarding of new 3PL clients
- Growing Logycod Italy into a professional and profitable operation. You will not inherit a polished corporate structure. You can lead people while remaining fully hands-on
- You can work and report in English
- You are willing to accept short-term sacrifice in exchange for long-term upside.
Experience in logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, operations or entrepreneurship is valuable, but ownership mentality and execution ability matter more than the perfect CV. Economic model Periodic bonuses linked to operational and commercial milestones;
