Johnson & Johnson seeks a pharmaceutical sales representative specializing in hematology for the Piedmont and Liguria regions of Italy. The fixed-term position involves medical-scientific communication with healthcare professionals and territory management aligned with company strategy and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Conduct medical-scientific information activities with healthcare specialists regarding product characteristics and therapeutic benefits
Develop and manage relationships with specialist stakeholders in assigned territory
Analyze territory to identify priorities, opportunities, and stakeholder needs
Plan and execute field activities aligned with company objectives and monitor performance using company systems




Maintain scientific knowledge of products and hematology-oncology therapeutic areas; ensure regulatory and pharmacovigilance compliance
Requirements
Degree meeting regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical sales representatives in Italy
Minimum 1 year experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative
Strong territory analysis, planning, and customer relationship management skills
Excellent Italian language proficiency and good English knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company systems
Compensation:
€41,400–€65,665 base
