As Lead Engineer in Mechanical Product Design, you shape the development of cutting-edge rotating equipment for energy technology. You'll drive selection and configuration of machines, guide analyses and validations, and develop conceptual roadmaps to meet market needs in gas technology and energy transition. You will collaborate across disciplines to define design tools, document test phases, and push products from concept to industrialization. Responsabilità
Drive machine selection and mechanical configuration for new products and solutions through design, validation, and industrialization
Lead calculations, mechanical analyses, cost analyses, manufacturability assessments, and drawings to define the machine configuration




Develop conceptual roadmaps and structure design concepts to achieve targets
Define new design tools and validate novel concepts and products
Lead technical reports and documentation of design and testing phases
Requisiti fondamentali
Master in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Strong knowledge of mechanical configuration and drawings for machines and related production/assembly/testing
Solid understanding of mechanical analyses and material behavior
Fundamental thermodynamics and turbomachinery aerodynamics
Proficiency with CAD and FEA tools
Experience in turbomachinery calculation and configuration; compressors is a plus
Fluent in English
Open mindset and willingness to learn
Strong verbal and written communication
