Overview
As a RAM, you will support patient access to Teva therapies across regions by aligning regional market access with national goals. You will build relationships with healthcare authorities, payers, and stakeholders, and contribute to pricing, reimbursement, and formulary access efforts. You'll monitor policy developments and share regional insights to inform strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to influence patient access at scale while advancing Teva's mission across healthcare systems.

Responsabilità
Implement regional market access strategies aligned with national objectives
Build and maintain relationships with regional healthcare authorities, payers, and hospital stakeholders
Support pricing, reimbursement, tender, and formulary access activities at regional/local levels




Monitor healthcare policy developments and identify access opportunities
Gather and communicate regional insights to support decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical, Commercial, and Public Affairs teams
Support product launches and lifecycle management from a market access perspective
Ensure activities comply with regulations and company policies
Requisiti fondamentali
University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, Healthcare Management, Political Science, or related field
Experience in Market Access, KAM, Healthcare Relations, or field-based role in pharma
Good understanding of Italian National and Regional Healthcare Systems
Knowledge of pricing, reimbursement, market access pathways, and tender processes
Fluent in Italian and English
