Overview In this role you will plan, manage and execute all Test & Commissioning activities for rail projects, ensuring alignment with project strategy and QCD commitments. You will lead the T&C; team on site for complex projects and collaborate with V&V; to define the strategy for lab and field. You will ensure timely, safe delivery while coordinating interfaces with engineering, installation, and external partners, contributing to a zero-deviation EHS culture and robust system delivery.

Warranty, Partners, Third Parties, and Customers Report progress, risks, and issues to RC TCM and PM; issue REX on T&C; activities Monitor and drive T&C; performance, and suggest process/tool improvements Report design-related issues with context and maintain the T&C; Reference Library Requisiti fondamentali Experience in Test & Commissioning within rail projects Ability to manage field teams and coordinate across multiple interfaces Knowledge of EHS standards and zero deviation approach Capability to plan, document, and train on T&C; processes Experience with issue/risk management and progress reporting Familiarity with REX and test management tools Calibrations of tools and equipment management Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders leadership proactivity cross-functional collaboration Test & Commissioning processes V&V; strategy development for lab and field EHS compliance and railway safety
