This role is responsible for overseeing activities related to the Italy Business Group growth process, involving focus and coordination of all internal department and regular report to the Senior Management.
The ideal candidate has a deep experience in project management and sales and will bring a global mindset, strong leadership, high organizational skills and cross-cultural collaboration to drive efficiency, resilience, and innovation in the Italian division. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libChartering Program Setup /b ul liFacilitation of entry into tracking tool /li liEnrolling team members into program launching dashboards /li liEnroll key leaders and stakeholders into plan /li liLaunch use of dashboards /li /ul /li libRoadmap Planning /b ul liDevelop and update detailed, integrated roadmap milestones /li liIntegrate view into roadmap and milestones /li liSupport regions with SWOT analyses (refined view of opportunity, etc.) /li /ul /li libTracking Reporting /b ul liFacilitate to create charters and business plans /li liGather data and integrate them into dashboards /li liPrepare status updates and present them with Senior Management /li /ul /li libGovernance Cadence /b ul liLaunch dashboards and initial mgmt. cadence /li liExecute management cadence and alignment meetings /li liConduct weekly check-ins with initiative leads and regional leads /li liConduct and interpret risk assessment; iterate as needed /li /ul /li /ul h3Competencies / Qualifications /h3 ul libResults and Action Orientation /b: demonstrates ability to drive improvement of results and to deliver best in class business performance. /li libStrategic Orientation /b:
