The role will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end governance of strategic initiatives impacting multiple systems and business functions, guaranteeing stakeholder alignment, activity monitoring, risk management, and delivery targets. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the planning and management of complex technology transformation programs, ensuring coordination across multiple project streams. /liliCollaborate with Technology and Business teams to translate system evolution needs into structured project initiatives. /liliMonitor program progress through project KPIs, milestones, and performance indicators.
/liliManage and coordinate program governance activities, ensuring alignment between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. /liliIdentify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring continuity and effectiveness of delivery. /liliSupport the definition and implementation of program management frameworks and methodologies within the Technology department. /liliEnsure coordination across initiatives involving multiple platforms and application systems, particularly in projects related to: digital channel evolution, legacy system modernization, and system/platform integration. /liliPrepare reporting and monitoring materials for management and program steering committees. /li /ulh3WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU /h3ulliDegree in Computer Engineering or a related field. /liliExperience (approximately 5 years) in project/program management roles, preferably within IT or digital transformation environments. /liliSolid understanding of the dynamics of developing and managing complex, multi-system technology projects. /liliExperience coordinating both technical and business stakeholders. /liliFamiliarity with program and project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models). /liliAbility to define and monitor project KPIs, milestones, and risk management processes. /liliStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /liliExperience in digital transformation or legacy system modernization projects.
