SumUp in Milan is seeking a Credit Management Associate to join our Italian market.
You will be the dedicated contact for overdue subscriptions and hardware financing, working with Sales, Customer Success and Customer Care to keep accounts on track.
You will contact merchants by phone and email, negotiate repayment agreements, handle billing queries, and collaborate with debt collection agencies as needed, using Salesforce to manage cases and maintain service levels.
