Oversee production scheduling to meet delivery times, setting priorities and allocating resources

- Manage the department’s budget by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, processing costs, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
- Monitor the operation of complex machinery, leading preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize machine downtime
