- # Production OperatorApply: Monselice: Tempo pieno: Posted Today: R\_00107601Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!# Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities* Perform preliminary machine troubleshooting* Ensure safety measures for machine are all adhered to* Record production data* Complete quality audits and fill-out related paperwork* Communicate production and mechanical issues effectively to shift lead or supervisorAdditional Responsibilities Make decisions within scope of responsibility Adhere to production schedule and quality standards* Comply with all safety and health regulations* Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area* Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards* Effectively communicate and train others as neededOrganization* Reports to: Shift SupervisorInteractions* All functional areas of Production# Qualifications:Work Experience and Education* High school diploma or equivalent level of education* 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred* Fluent in local language and be able to read, write, and speak English (if not local language) at basic level.
