Overview As a Product Industrialization Engineer at Technogym HQ, you will design and industrialize mechanical solutions in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers. You'll focus on cost-efficient product improvements, DFMA, and robust standards to ensure quality and safety. You'll connect R&D; with Process Engineering to optimize manufacturing, packaging, and logistics.

This cross-functional role offers hands-on impact in bringing innovative products to life within a fast-paced, international culture.

technologies or suppliers Develop innovative product packaging concepts to enhance unpacking experience and logistics efficiency Bridge between R&D; and Process Engineering for optimal manufacturing processes Collaborate with product development, style center, marketing, purchasing, process engineering and logistics teams Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical diploma Problem-solving abilities and FMEA user Knowledge of DTC (Design to Cost), DTR / DFQ (Design for Reliability / Quality) Knowledge of main manufacturing technologies and assembly Knowledge of mechanical design and 3D CAD systems, preferably PTC Creo Knowledge of Office packages, in particular Excel Good level of Italian and English Available for business trips Customer-focused PTC Creo DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) FMEA
