Overview In Costa’s Pricing & Revenue Management team, you will shape long-term pricing across the fleet and source markets. You’ll blend pricing, analytics, and commercial strategy to anticipate opportunities, strengthen competitive positioning, and align customer value across channels. You’ll lead pricing discussions for 18–24 months before departures and translate data into forward-looking recommendations.

This role offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and evolving pricing models in a fast-paced, international context.

Responsabilità

- Define and execute long-term pricing strategies by market and season to meet business objectives
- Review pricing decisions over time to identify opportunities and mitigate risks on the booking curve
- Prepare executive-level presentations for sales openings, pricing reviews, and strategic recommendations
- Analyze demand, bookings,



and competition to inform price structures and market positioning
- Advance pricing models, fare structures, clusters, tools, and data flows
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Product, and Customer Offer Design to ensure alignment across channels

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years in pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy, or advanced analytics
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Effective communication and stakeholder management, with experience influencing senior audiences
- Project management experience with cross-functional initiatives
- Fluency in Italian and English
