Overview You will lead site operations to drive safety, quality and productivity, shaping the operational plan with a team of Area Managers. You’ll act as the link between operations and support functions, delivering initiatives that improve performance and capacity. This role offers the chance to influence day-to-day execution and explore new ways to innovate at scale.

You’ll work in a fast-paced fulfilment environment where data guides decisions and leadership supports your teams to perform at their best.

Responsabilità

- Manage and develop a team of Area Managers
- Lead shift-based operational teams, address issues, and improve site performance
- Analyze shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security




- Design and deliver initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Mentor and coach team members; provide leadership and development support

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Italian
- Experience in data-driven business operations processes
- Experience managing teams
- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership
- Relevant experience in production and supply chains
