Technology & Engineering Energy & Renewables* Life sciences & Pharma* Digital & IT## About this vacancyThe 6-month extracurricular internship offers an important opportunity for professional growth and learning within a dynamic and innovative environment.The selected candidate will have the chance to support the team in various activities including:
- Management of invoicing activities.
- Recording costs and revenues in the accounting system.
- Interfacing with suppliers and customers for order management.
- Monthly checks of timesheets and expense reports.
- Operational support to employees and business managers.
- Management and monitoring of payments.
- Preparation and management of internal reporting.## What we expect from you* AFM diploma (Administration, Finance, and Marketing),
formerly Accounting or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Economics or Administration.
Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Precision and attention to detail.
- Teamwork orientation.The position offers a 6-month internship contract with a net salary of 1,000 euros and meal vouchers worth 7 euros per working day.
